While you are free to browse and purchase at our site without an account, it is recommended that you create an account for a better shopping experience as you will be able to track past purchases and enjoy other perks.

1.     Click on User Icon on the top right of the page.

2.     Click on Sign Up Now! on the top right of the page.

3.     Fill in your details to complete registration.

If you are having trouble with your email address or password not being recognised, please check that you are using the same email address and password that you created your account with. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset your password.

If you continue to have issues with logging in, please contact us at contact@adorae.sg.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot your password? link at the login page. You can then enter your email address that you have registered with and a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

Once you have logged in, you can click on your account at the top of the page and you will be able to edit your details there.

We strive to send out your orders as soon as we can. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to change your delivery address. You can contact us at contact@adorae.sg and we will try our best to assist you.
